Master Pieces

I thought I would share my first ever pottery with you. It is all very "kindergarden" but I have really enjoyed Jasen Combs class at Corner Stone Center for the Arts. Maybe some day I will be able to control the clay. Right now it seems as though the clay has a life of it's own and does just as it pleases.

My pinch pot.

My coil pot

My slab vase

My thrown pot (made on the pottery wheel)

I have made some progress, my pieces are improving.

I'm impressed, Marggy, very good! I think you have a talent there. That must be rewarding that you can create something beautiful out of a block of clay.
